上午9点半在集合点集中分组，出发之后，按规定的路线搜寻绿野仙踪，完成活动规定的项目，到达弘法寺集合点，进入梧桐论剑。整个活动，最终由Ceci率领的冲锋队夺魁。整场活动，不仅锻炼了大家的智力、体力，而且还提高了大家的团队协作能力，通过团队过关活动，展示出了大家工作以外的另一面，增进了大家的友谊，提升了团队合作精神，让大家度过了一个难忘的周末。

In this beautiful march, Both Shenzhen and Guangzhou colleagues stepped out of the office, soak into the depths Wutongshan heart to feel the fresh air and enjoy the gift given us by nature. 9th of April we launched an outing to Wutong Mountain.

9:30 setting group at check point, starting along the prescribed route search Wizard of Oz, complete the activities under the project, a collection of points to reach Dharma Temple, into the Indus swordfight. The whole event, and ultimately by Ceci led Chongfeng team won the first prize. The entire event, not only exercise our intelligence, physical strength, but also improve the ability of our team, pass through the team activities outside of work we show the other side, enhanced our friendship and enhance the team spirit, So that we spent a memorable weekend.

To sharpen the professional skills of the sales representatives and to cultivate their professionalism, Sales Director of the company, Richard Zhu launched an expert training. Sales representatives from offices in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Xiamen and Fuzhou echoed by coming together for the event. In the training session, Richard analyze the logistics industry with his unique expertise in-sight, ranging from its perspectives and advantages to its future developing directions. Various sales skills were delivered with vivid sample cases and his humorous comments. Fellow colleagues benefited from the venue very much. They now have a clearer target in minds for future endeavor and completely confident to the future of the company and their own!

Grow up together, create brilliance---2010 reciprocate and New Year dinner party in 2011,The baguette was held In the evening of January 14, 2011 at Shenzhen sunshine hotel banquet hall. Colleagues from Shenzhen and Guangzhou offices participated in the event. Meanwhile, extinguish guests from major shipping lines and partners as well as the management of Hong Kong office were also invited to attend the banquette. At the beginning, elite sales representatives and star employees got awarded for their hard works during the past twelve months. Then, staff members performed self-attributed dance, cross-talk, sketch and magic trick, etc. The performances were all as brilliant as professionals and received high praise from the guests. In the middle of the performances, some guests joined in made the banquette a party scene filled with laughter and cheering. Last but not the least, thank boss and the management of the company, and the generosity of partners for their sponsorship to the dinner that made colleagues of Shenzhen and Guangzhou offices a wonderful night and a perfect end of year 2010. For the purposes of speeding up the development of the company as well as the cultivation of the staff members, a Leadership Development Workshop Training will be held at Shenzhen Fupeng Xilaideng Hotel on 20th to 21st of November and 18th to 19th of December respectively. Colleagues of senior management level from all of the local offices of the group will attend. Through this systematical training, they’ll be learning: how to be a good leader and how to improve management planning and execution ability to build a high performance management team; how to lead fellow colleagues to achieve daily working targets and better working performance as well; how to activate the passion of fellow colleagues during work time. In the mean time, skills like how to handle inter-personal and inter-departmental relationships within an entrepreneur will also be learnt to maximize the comprehensive capability of the company.  Through that way, the ability and competence of the management team will be highly escalated to achieve our company vision and objectives.
